The Gillam-Grant Community Center offers affordable room rentals for all occasions, whether it be: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Showers, Graduations, Meetings, or Small Weddings! Our facilities at the Gillam-Grant include a large Dining Room / Activity Room, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, and an Outdoor Pavilion. We also rent two 20′ x 20′ tents that are perfect for any outside events you may have. Prices will vary based on individual needs and requirements.

Additional Terms: Security Deposits are required at the time of reservation. All tents must be picked up the Friday before the rental and dropped off the Monday after, between 9am-4pm. The renter is responsible for pick up, set up, tear down and return of tent parts. All rentals require a signed rental agreement form that is available by calling the GGCC Office. Rentals are subject to availability depending on date, time, events and previous registrations.
We have many wonderful outdoor facilities that are available to the general public free of charge. In addition, they can also be rented for groups or events. Our outdoor facilities are open year round, dawn to dusk. Children under 10 need to be supervised by an adult when using our facilities.
