Our adult fitness programs are available for anyone over the age of 18. Our programs are always changing and improving, please check out our newsletter for our latest offering. Listed below are some of our current fitness programs that are being offered.
- YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is low impact stretching that targets the fascia and other deep connective tissues. Poses are held 3-5 minutes and will mainly be performed on the ground. We will concentrate on the target areas and allow your body to bend and curve the way it naturally wants to. This class is recommended for anyone who is able to remain still and relax into the positions for extended periods of time. - HIIT Cycling (High Intensity Interval Training)
Bursts of effort integrated with free weight segments and followed by recovery, these rides challenge the mind and strengthen your body inside and out. Expect a new class and a new playlist every time! Bring a towel and a water bottle. - VINYASA “FLOW” YOGA
This gentle vinyasa practice focuses on the breath. Class begins with meditation and then moves into a 40 minute, soft flow vinyasa practice. This consists of flowing movement in coordination with the breath. You will finish in savasana and reflect on the practice. Vinyasa yoga is great for beginners because the practice is very fluid, combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. - Tai Chi Quan
This gentle exercise can be done standing or seated. Join Certified Instructor Heidi Kaiser for this class which focuses on seniors or those with mobility difficulties. It is an ancient Chinese form of exercise designed to maintain and improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It is also known to improve mental relaxation and alertness.
