Welcome to our online registration system. The majority of our programs feature online registration, though several are by phone only. Details about each program can be found in the latest newsletter. Our system is designed for adults (18 years and up) to use. Adults create accounts for their household, which in turn will allow them to register anyone in their household (adult or child) for programs available at the Gillam Grant. You must be a parent or guardian of a child to register them. If your membership discount is not applied when you checkout please contact our offices before making a payment. Membership is not required to register for programs at the Gillam Grant.

Issues Registering?

If you are having trouble registering for a program please do not hesitate to contact our office, either by phone during business hours or by email. Our phone number is 585-494-1621 and our email is support@gillamgrant.org.

I can’t find a program

Make sure the program you are looking for does not have any age, grade, or gender restrictions for the participant.

I am a member but I am not receiving the member price

Check that the program you are registering for has membership pricing available. Else please contact us before making any payments.

I forgot my username and/or password

Click the login button, and select Forgot Your Password.

I’m having another type of issue

  • If not using Google Chrome, try using Google Chrome. If using Google Chome try Firefox or Edge.
  • Try deleting your cache and cookies in Google Chrome

Program Registration Policy

Register online, by phone (494-1621), or in person at Gillam-Grant Community Center. Registration and payment with GGCC is required one week prior to the program unless otherwise indicated. GGCC reserves the right to cancel programs for any reason including lack of participation. Decisions to cancel classes due to low enrollment are made one week prior to the start date. If a class within a given program is canceled, Gillam-Grant will make every effort to reschedule the class on a similar day, at a similar time. If this is not possible, the class may need to be made up on a different day and/or time. Gillam-Grant adheres to a no-refund policy unless otherwise indicated specifically to a program. Gillam-Grant reserves the right to charge a $40 returned check fee.
